Ikigai Cases (www.ikigaicases.com) is a fast-growing ecommerce brand manufacturing aerospace-grade aluminum pill cases. Founded in December 2021 by two brothers after their father's neurological diagnosis led them to discovering the issues with plastic pill organizers, we've built a multi-million dollar business in just over four years with a team of 25 across the globe.
Our mission is simple: make exceptional pill cases and provide exceptional customer service. We deliver on this by managing in-house fulfillment at our Washington, DC facility (including custom engraving) and maintaining obsessive attention to detail.
Processing returns and exchanges for returned items
Collaborating with the team to manage inventory levels and restocking of returned products
Ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of all return transactions
Picking and packing customer orders
Using laser and cnc engraving machines to personalize orders (you will be trained up, no previous experience required)
[REQUIRED] Minimum 2 years of experience working in a pick and pack order setting
Experience with returns processing

You'll be involved in the dynamic operations of our warehouse, handling inventory management, order fulfillment, quality control, shipment coordination, and ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse processes.
Requirements

Located in Washington DC or nearby in Maryland / Virginia
Expecting to work 50 hours per week in-person
