可以负责中、大型内容制作项目，管理项目的日常运作并可以同时管理多个项目

Has the ability to lead middle to large size projects, manages day-to-day production needs on projects, and starts managing multiple concurrent projects.

和创意部与客户服务部紧密合作，在创意概念和制作前期准备阶段就能准确了解项目的需求、寻找潜在 供应商，将创意落地执行，从制作层面提供创意想法和解决方案

Works closely with Creatives and Account Services during conception and pre-production to understand scope of project and possible vendors to bring the Creatives’ vision to life, makes work better through production by offering up creative thinking and solutions.

组织开展公司内外内容制作相关的会议，积极管理整个创作流程，确保项目符合客户预算和时间表，能 够独立制定项目计划、工作进程报告、项目预算和时间表

Lead internal and external production meetings, actively manages all aspects of production process to ensure clients budget and timelines are adhered to, has the ability to create project plans, SOW’s, project estimates and timelines independently.

和团队协作、商议、解决所有挑战或重大的决定，培养危机分析和管理能力

Understands every challenge, risk or large decision needs to be shared, develops risk analyses and management skills.

在法务经理帮助下，根据项目的规模/预算/时间表选择合适的相关制作公司/导演(包括确定演员阵容/场 地)、编辑室/编辑、音乐公司、录音棚和后期制作，寻找拓展公司项目的机会

With the help of the Business Affairs Manager, selects and negotiates all production vendors including company/director (including managing casting/locations), editorial house/editor, music company, recording studio, and post-production/finishing facilities based on both scope/budget/timeline of project

在法务经理的帮助下，根据供应商价格制作项目预算，并适时修改

With the help of the Business Affairs Manager, generates production estimates by negotiating vendor fees; revises estimates when necessary

在整个制作过程中， 就作品的方方面面积极与创意、客户服务、法务经理以及顾客沟通交流

Through entire production process, communicates actively with Creatives, Account Services, Business Affairs Manager, and Clients on all aspects of the production

根据公司政策(如脚本、数据表、元素等)工作;通过组织所有的元素并撰写书面工作记录来维护每个制 作过程的财务记录

Wraps job according to Agency policies (As-Produced-Scripts, Data Sheets, Elements, etc.); Maintains written and financial records of each production by organizing all elements and creating the proper paper work trail

了解、发展并保持与总监、编辑、作曲、声音设计师、动画制作以及视觉效应等公司及其代表的良好关 系

Develops and maintains active knowledge of and relationships with Directors, Editors, Music Composers, Sound Designers, Animation and Visual EFX companies and reps

通过不断浏览作品和杂志，以及其他艺术活动，能与当今艺术家创作风格趋势保持同步

Keeps abreast of trends by reviewing directors reels, industry magazines, and other artistic endeavors
