Merchant Onboarding Associate

At Wolt, we strive to provide the best possible experience for both our customers and merchant partners. We are looking for a Merchant Onboarding Associate to support the successful launch and growth of new merchants on the platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding merchants through their onboarding journey, ensuring operational readiness, and supporting them during their first days of live operations. You will work closely with merchants to help improve quality, increase order performance, and ensure they are set up for long-term success on the platform.

• →Managing the onboarding process for new merchants joining the platform
• →Supporting merchants during their first days of operation to ensure a smooth launch experience
• →Providing guidance on menu setup, operational readiness, and platform best practices
• →Advising merchants on ways to improve quality, customer experience, and order volume
• →Monitoring merchant performance and supporting them in achieving operational and business goals
• →Supporting the launch of new areas and contributing to market expansion projects
• →Acting as the main point of contact for onboarding-related questions and operational support
• →Collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, Merchant Services, Operations, and Support teams
• →Identifying opportunities to improve onboarding processes and merchant experience
• →Ensuring merchants are fully equipped to succeed and grow on the platform

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
• Experience in onboarding, account management, operations, customer success, or merchant support is considered a plus
• Familiarity with food delivery, marketplaces, or e-commerce environments is considered an advantage
• Fluent in Greek and English
