We are looking for a results driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. 

This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment. You will be responsible for identifying, building long-term relationships and helping our partners grow their business through our platform.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets;
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential partners in assigned territory - Sibiu;
  • Develop deep market knowledge across retail verticals (pharmacies, health & beauty, electronics, flowers, toys, and more), and identify key “must-have” partners for Wolt;
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision makers, both internally and externally;
  • Manage the full sales process, from first contact to signed contract, including technical, legal, and financial aspects;
  • Drive continuous business development by identifying innovative solutions that create value for both Wolt and our partners;
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales; experience in retail is a plus;
  • Motivated by targets and results, but also a strong team player;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset;
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and report on sales KPIs;
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English;
  • Valid driver`s license; Based in Sibiu;
