We're looking for a Senior HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to own the full HR operations function in Poland. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the heart of the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding, payroll accuracy to compliance, and everything in between. We’re seeking a highly motivated individual who can help improve and automate our Poland processes and flex to support other European entities (E.g. • At least 5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll, ideally within an international environment.
  • Solid understanding of Polish labor law regulations, payroll, compensation and benefits.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • Strong google sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Proactive approach with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and data.
  • Proactively identifying improvement opportunities and driving the necessary improvements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of data confidentiality and compliance with payroll and labor law requirements.
  • Experience with BambooHR, Jira, Google Suite, Slack, and Confluence is a plus
