With a full European ECSP license and a strong focus on transparency and growth, the company is now scaling its marketing function and looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to take ownership of content, PR, social media, and affiliate operations.
This role sits at the heart of marketing execution. You’ll make sure ideas turn into structured, consistent, and scalable marketing activities across all owned, earned, and partner channels.
About the Role
~1 min readAs Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising the day-to-day marketing operations. Your focus will be on content, PR, social media, and affiliate partnerships — ensuring brand consistency, smooth workflows, and measurable impact.
This is a hands-on role with ownership, visibility, and real influence on how the brand shows up across Europe.
• Develop and execute the content strategy across the website, blog, PR, social media, and partner channels
• Oversee content creation, publishing, and management, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines
• Manage PR and media relations, including press outreach, content preparation, media monitoring, and reporting
• Own social media content and community management, driving engagement, growth, and trust
• Lead the affiliate program operations — onboarding partners, supporting them with content, and tracking performance
• Coordinate content creation with affiliates and partners, providing clear guidelines, materials, and ongoing support
• Monitor performance across all channels and optimise processes based on KPIs and insights
• Build repeatable, scalable marketing processes that support long-term growth
• Have experience in marketing operations, content marketing, PR, social media, or partnerships
• Are structured, organised, and enjoy building processes that actually work
• Can manage multiple channels and stakeholders without losing consistency
• Are comfortable working with affiliates, partners, or external contributors
• Think in KPIs, performance, and optimisation — not just execution
• Communicate confidently in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Have an interest in fintech, investments, or regulated digital products
• A key role in a growing EU-licensed fintech company
• Ownership over core marketing operations and visibility across leadership
