Sourcing & Catalogue Management:

• Source IT hardware and accessories globally at the right price and lead time
• Create and maintain product listings in client catalogues
• Monitor supplier updates (pricing, availability, lead times) and reflect changes quickly
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues (pricing, currency, availability, product data)
• Ensure products are created and updated within agreed SLAs
• Keep documentation accurate and up to date across internal tools

Collaboration & Process Improvement:

• Handle sourcing-related client escalations in a clear and timely way
• Communicate clearly with Customer Success on catalogue changes
• Work closely with Operations team on supplier onboarding, pricing alignment
• Build strong working relationships with global suppliers
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in sourcing and catalogue processes
• Share ideas and contribute to continuous process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in support, Procurement, or related field (preferred)
• 2-3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain roles
• Experience working with external suppliers or vendors
• Experience in an operational, SLA-driven environment
• Familiarity with eCommerce platform guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using customer support ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).

• Strong ability to work with product data, pricing, and technical specifications
• Good understanding of pricing logic, margins, currencies, and VAT/tax basics
• Strong written communication skills for supplier and client-facing interactions
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
