Responsibilities

→Discuss/Justify/Convince/Coordinate activities with various senior and mid-level managers in various functions, in order to shepherd and expedite good ideas into decision/action/reality.
→Initiate discussions to help bring to light issues of the project, identify solutions, and lead and shepherd the implementation of those solutions.
→Collaborate with project leaders in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring levels for the project.
→Develop actionable project strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with project leaders.
→Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing project goal setting, performance management, and operations planning of the project.
→Build and maintain positive relationships and drive collaboration with various colleagues to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects
→Perform regular assessment of project execution to identify areas for improvement
→To coordinate with internal resources across functions, ensuring project remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
→Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress
→Develop and maintain project plans documentation, report on project progress and risks to management

Hold a Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree(s) from a leading university
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in similar role
Experience as a team leader
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Self-starter: has shown an ability to set up initiatives and see them to the end without supervision.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
Ability to multitask, work independently and as an integral member of the team with minimal supervision
Any of the following would be an added bonus:
- Experience in business management
- Experience in the quant or finance domains
