What you’ll do

As Construction Manager, you will lead and coordinate site construction activities, working closely with engineering teams, contractors and project stakeholders to support safe, efficient and quality project delivery.

The role responsibilities include:

·       Manage and coordinate overall site construction activities.

·       Coordinate multi-discipline construction activities across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation works.

·       Review construction plans, schedules, methodologies and relevant contractor documentation.

·       Monitor construction progress and support actions to maintain project schedule.

·       Monitor construction quality and compliance with project specifications and requirements.

·       Coordinate construction interfaces between engineering teams, contractors and other project stakeholders.

·       Support equipment installation, tie-in, mechanical completion and handover activities.

·       Promote compliance with project HSE requirements throughout construction.

·       Identify construction issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.

The project scope includes civil and structural works, equipment installation, mechanical and piping works, electrical and instrumentation works, tie-ins, modifications to existing facilities and pre-commissioning activities.

What you’ll have

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

·       Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

·       Construction management experience within Oil & Gas, Gas Processing, Refinery or Petrochemical projects.

·       Strong experience managing multi-discipline construction activities.

·       Experience coordinating contractors and construction interfaces at site.

·       Brownfield or operating plant experience is highly desirable.

·       Experience with shutdown, turnaround or tie-in activities would be an advantage.

·       PMC, EPCM or EPC project experience preferred.

·       Willingness to work at the project site in Southern Thailand.

·       Able to communicate effectively in Thai for site coordination and client engagement. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
