Responsibilities

  • →Lead construction management activities for nuclear EPCM projects, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and HSE requirements.
  • →Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction contractors, subcontractors, commissioning, and project teams.
  • →Ensure construction activities comply with nuclear safety requirements, applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • →Oversee site execution, construction interfaces, technical issues, and contractor performance.
  • →Monitor construction progress, productivity, resources, risks, and quality performance.
  • →Coordinate construction activities with commissioning and project management teams.
  • →Ensure effective implementation of project quality assurance and safety requirements.
  • →Provide regular reporting on construction progress, risks, and key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Extensive construction management experience with nuclear projects.
  • Proven experience delivering complex EPCM projects.
  • Strong understanding of nuclear construction practices, safety requirements, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership and contractor management experience.
  • Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
