WPP Media is a single client centric company with a portfolio of go to market brands. Wavemaker, EssenceMediacom, Mindshare and T&P are our agency teams, these house multiple local and global clients. In addition, we have a number of client specific brands built to service specific clients. These include OpenDoor (Amazon), MFG (Google), OpenMind (Nestle), OpenConnect (BT/EE) and Media Futures Group (Google). All of these teams are supported by consistent capabilities, enterprise level tools and systems and our market leading OPEN platform.
As the Manager, Strategic Partnerships – Agency & Client Enablement, you will support the delivery of programmes that help agency and client teams understand, access and activate the capabilities of WPP Media's strategic partners. Working across media, technology and data partners, you will help translate partner innovation into practical tools, communications and learning experiences that support client and business growth.
This role will focus on the execution of enablement activity, including communications, training programmes, capability resources, events and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Working closely with agency, client, product, commercial and partnership teams, you will help increase awareness, understanding and utilisation of partner capabilities across the business, ensuring teams have access to the information, resources and support they need to succeed.
You will play a key role in delivering WPP Media's partner enablement strategy, coordinating programmes, maintaining enablement resources, tracking adoption and helping to create a consistent experience for agency and client teams. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while building strong relationships across a broad stakeholder group.

- Deliver enablement programmes for a defined portfolio of strategic partners and capabilities across WPP Media.
- Execute communications, learning programmes, training initiatives and engagement activities that support adoption of partner capabilities.
- Coordinate delivery plans, timelines and milestones, ensuring agreed activity is completed on schedule.
- Support the delivery of annual enablement plans and strategic initiatives set by the Director.
- Develop partner-facing content, communications and engagement materials that showcase the capabilities, priorities and strategic initiatives of WPP Media.
- Create and maintain enablement resources including presentations, playbooks, guides, newsletters, capability documentation and training materials.
- Translate complex partner capabilities into simple, engaging and actionable content for agency and client teams.
- Support the development and distribution of internal communications that increase awareness and understanding of partner capabilities.
- Ensure materials remain accurate, relevant and aligned with business priorities.
- Support the planning and delivery of workshops, webinars, roadshows, training sessions and partner events.
- Coordinate accreditation programmes and learning initiatives designed to increase adoption and capability understanding.
- Manage stakeholder communications, attendance, logistics and follow-up actions across enablement activities.
- Support engagement initiatives that encourage knowledge sharing and best practice to help optimise client outcomes.
- Build strong working relationships across agency, client, product, commercial and partnership teams.
- Act as a central point of coordination for assigned enablement initiatives, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
- Support agency teams in accessing relevant partner resources, training and support.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and help identify opportunities to improve enablement programmes and user experience.
- Capture and share case studies, success stories and examples of best practice from across the business.
- Support governance, action tracking and programme administration across the wider Strategic Partnerships function.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify ways of working and enhance programme effectiveness.
