Requirements
~1 min read- 2–4 years of experience in digital media, paid performance, or media agency environment with demonstrated campaign lifecycle ownership.
- Hands-on proficiency across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or programmatic platforms (DV360, TTD).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into performance narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns across clients and markets simultaneously with high accuracy.
- Well-developed media landscape knowledge; confidently able to articulate current audience insights and platform capabilities.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members on execution quality and reporting standards.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented communicator who leads with recommendations, not just flags.
- Passion for the luxury and premium brand space is a plus.
