WTA is hiring a Media Supervisor, Paid and Organic Search to lead integrated search strategy across a portfolio of clients.
This role is ideal for an experienced search marketer who understands how paid search and SEO work together to capture demand, strengthen visibility, and drive measurable business results. You’ll own strategy and performance across assigned accounts, guide junior team members, collaborate across agency disciplines, and help evolve our approach as search changes through AI, automation, and new consumer behaviors.
This is more than a campaign management role. We’re looking for someone who can connect media performance, organic visibility, consumer intent, and client business goals to create a smarter, more integrated approach to search.
Lead paid search and SEO strategy across a portfolio of client accounts.
Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and other relevant platforms.
Develop campaign structures, bidding strategies, budgets, targeting, keyword strategies, and testing roadmaps.
Monitor pacing and performance with a focus on revenue, leads, conversions, ROAS, CPA, and other client business outcomes.
Translate complex performance data into clear insights, optimizations, and strategic recommendations.
Identify opportunities across search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and emerging search inventory.
Develop SEO strategies across technical SEO, content, on-page optimization, keyword research, local SEO, and authority development.
Conduct keyword, competitive, content, and search landscape research to uncover opportunities for organic growth.
Partner with content, web, development, UX, and client teams to turn SEO recommendations into action.
Evaluate paid and organic search together to understand demand, visibility, competitive pressure, and growth opportunities.
Use insights from each discipline, including keyword trends, search queries, competitive activity, landing-page performance, and consumer intent, to strengthen the overall search strategy.
Help clients adapt as discovery evolves through AI Overviews, AI Mode, answer engines, generative AI platforms, and other emerging search experiences.
Ensure strong campaign QA, measurement, conversion tracking, documentation, and platform best practices.
Use automation, Smart Bidding, scripts, AI, and other tools to improve performance and team efficiency.
Serve as a trusted search partner to clients and internal account teams, clearly communicating performance, opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
Lead client presentations and contribute to annual planning, QBRs, POVs, and broader strategic recommendations.
Provide direction, mentorship, and QA support to junior search team members.
Collaborate closely with Media Planning, Analytics, Account Service, Creative, Web, and other agency teams.
Help strengthen WTA’s search capabilities through improved processes, documentation, testing, automation, and knowledge sharing.
5+ years of search marketing experience, including meaningful hands-on experience in both paid search and SEO.
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Experience with SA360 is a plus.
Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of Smart Bidding, conversion tracking, attribution, keyword strategy, search intent, technical SEO, content optimization, and local search.
Familiarity with AI-driven search, generative engine optimization, answer engine optimization, and the changing role of search in consumer discovery.
Ability to analyze complex data and turn it into a clear, actionable story.
Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to quality.
Experience managing multiple clients, accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
Confidence presenting recommendations and leading strategic client conversations.
Ability to coach junior team members while independently owning strategy and execution.
A curious, proactive mindset and a genuine interest in testing new technologies, tools, and approaches.
You’ll help WTA build a more connected search and performance marketing capability by bringing paid search, SEO, and AI-driven discovery together. Clients will have a clearer understanding of where demand exists, how consumers are finding their brands, and how each element of search can contribute to business growth.
You’ll also make the team stronger through strategic thinking, proactive leadership, operational discipline, and a willingness to challenge how search has traditionally been managed.
