tech documentation collection process (including the setup, user journey flow, best practices from UX perspective)

analyzing the setup together with the development team; reading tech documentation and analyzing the general capabilities of the product, its parameters, requirements

acting as a company representative in all external communications with partners regarding the integration process and further marketing promotion

acting as a subject matter expert in marketing materials for launch announcements and PR

communicating with product design and UX/UI team on user journey flow excellence, suggesting the best practices researched

acting as a subject matter expert for internal teams on the new launches

analyzing the payment systems’ performance, working on the CR and UX improvement together with partners’ teams, suggesting the setup improvements that can boost performance based on the best market practices researched, leaving feedback to the payment providers to improve their API and setup with some parameters/components
