Implementation Engineer

We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, technically strong Implementation Engineer to join Yotpo’s Professional Services team.

In this role, you’ll own the onboarding journey for upmarket and enterprise customers — from kickoff through go-live. You’ll combine technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic advisory to ensure customers launch successfully, adopt confidently, and realize long-term value from Yotpo.

You won’t just configure software. You’ll architect scalable solutions, manage complex implementations, and serve as a trusted technical partner to some of the most innovative eCommerce brands in the world.

• →Own end-to-end onboarding projects as the primary point of contact from kickoff to launch
• →Design and guide our customers in implementing scalable, multi-product solutions across Reviews, Loyalty, and other Yotpo products
• →Lead technical discovery sessions and define solution architecture across E-Commerce platforms and custom API environments
• →Architect integrations using APIs, webhooks, data feeds, and platform-specific logic
• →Manage timelines, scope, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
• →Partner closely with Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and Customizations teams
• →Deliver client training and enablement sessions to ensure strong product adoption
• →Guide customers through best practices and long-term technical strategy

Successful Implementation Engineers at Yotpo:

• Deliver customer value efficiently and predictably
• Manage complexity and ambiguity with confidence
• Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Take ownership and drive outcomes — not just tasks

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise onboarding
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, webhooks, integrations, and data flows
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Shopify+, Magento 2, BigCommerce, SFCC, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Experience in a SaaS environment
• Headless commerce or custom architecture experience
• Data migration experience
• Executive-level stakeholder engagement experience

Base salary $105,000- 120,000

In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable compensation component.

Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
