Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field with experience related to selected instructional topics
Experience providing group facilitation, skill-building sessions, or therapeutic style groups preferred
Prior work with youth and at-risk youth is strongly preferred.
Ability to manage group dynamics, maintain a safe and supportive environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and able to maintain accurate documentation
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
