Property Operations Manager

"This role is responsible for customer management, CAM recoveries, and operational control of a high-rise residential building and focused on customer management, CAM recoveries, and building operation. He/She is also responsible to establish end-to-end Facility Management operations and liaison with relevant stakeholders for smooth transitions of property in whilst taking care of building related affairs.

• →Qualification: Bachelors/Masters.
• →Experience: 4-5 Years’ experience in relevant Field.
• →Prior experience managing office operations, vendors, and support staff.
• →Experience in corporate, industrial, or commercial environments preferred.
• →Strong leadership and team management skills.
• →Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
