Zantech is looking for a talented Action Officer to contribute to the success of our upcoming Service Delivery & Resource Allocation Management Support project for an onsite role based out of Arlington, VA.

The Action Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the following:

  • Track and coordinate all ACO taskers, drills, and exercises
  • Maintain the Office Director, Deputy Director, and ADPM calendars; manage emails, calls, and messages
  • Manage office administrative functions including IT coordination, visitor management, and meeting support
  • Support DIRO Program Review preparation
  • Support preparation and presentation of briefings and reports up to TS/SCI level

The Action Officer is the entry-level coordination specialist responsible for keeping the front office running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. This individual tracks program status, milestones, and action items across multiple stakeholders; maintains senior leadership calendars; and ensures the team is prepared for high-level meetings and program reviews. While the most junior position on the contract, this role is highly visible — the Action Officer's work product is seen directly by the Office Director, Deputy Director, and ADPM on a daily basis.

The Action Officer serves as the operational pulse of the front office. Poor performance in this role creates friction across the entire team — missed taskers, calendar conflicts, and late read-aheads have downstream effects on senior government leadership.
