We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to work on a project in the Fintech industry

You will be part of a distributed team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of business-critical applications. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience mentoring QA Engineers, Automation Engineers, and SDETs, and a strong understanding of Quality Engineering, automation strategy, and continuous testing practices.

• →Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale test automation frameworks.
• →Create and maintain automated tests across web, API, cloud, desktop, and legacy platforms.
• →Integrate automated testing into Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD delivery pipelines.
• →Develop automation using Java with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
• →Build and maintain API automation using REST Assured or equivalent frameworks.
• →Implement contract testing, service virtualisation, and integration testing practices.
• →Perform Salesforce platform testing across integrated business applications.
• →Develop and execute database validation using SQL, DB2, or equivalent query languages.
• →Apply AI-driven testing approaches, including self-healing automation, AI-assisted test generation, and intelligent defect analysis.
• →Contribute to performance, compatibility, functional, integration, and regression testing.
• →Mentor Junior QA Engineers, Automation Engineers, and SDETs.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

• →10+ years' experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
• →5+ years' experience in a Senior QA Automation role.
• →Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale test automation frameworks.
• →Strong understanding of Quality Engineering, testing strategy, and governance.
• →Experience implementing and managing automation initiatives across web, API, cloud, desktop, and legacy platforms.
• →Proven experience integrating testing into Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD delivery models.
• →Experience implementing or evaluating AI-powered testing capabilities.
• →Strong knowledge of performance, compatibility, functional, integration, and regression testing practices.
• →Experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, REST Assured (or equivalent), SQL/DB2, Salesforce testing, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git, and Azure or AWS.
• →Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience with performance testing using JMeter, k6, or LoadRunner.
• Experience with non-functional testing, including accessibility, reliability, resilience, recovery, and production readiness validation.
