  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview criteria, and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, universities, and direct headhunting, and build a strong pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Negotiate and extend offers in line with company policies and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS or tracking system.
  • Promote Zeal's employer brand across hiring channels and events.
  • Own the onboarding process, from preparing offer letters and contracts to coordinating first-day logistics, orientation, and new-hire check-ins.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance, documentation, and handover coordination.
  • Support other HR operational tasks and help improve HR processes and policies as the company grows.
  • Build and maintain HR dashboards that track key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, pipeline health, headcount, turnover, and retention.
  • Analyze recruitment and people data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Prepare regular reports on hiring progress and HR KPIs.
  • Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, team events, and recognition initiatives.
  • Support employee surveys and help analyze feedback to improve the employee experience.
