Zeeco India is seeking an experienced Process Engineer with 7 to 10 years to join its engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing process engineering activities for combustion and process equipment projects, from concept development through detailed engineering and commissioning support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong process engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas, Heavy Engineering, EPC, or Process Equipment industry. Exposure to combustion systems, process safety, and multidisciplinary engineering projects will be highly advantageous.
- Heat & Material Balance
- Hydraulic calculations
- Line sizing
- Pressure drop calculations
- Utility consumption calculations
- Equipment sizing and selection
- Prepare process datasheets and technical specifications for process equipment.
- Support the design and engineering of pressure vessels, separators, heat exchangers, pumps, tanks, skids, and other process equipment.
- Participate in process safety activities including HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and design review meetings.
- Review customer specifications and ensure engineering deliverables comply with applicable international codes and standards.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil, and Project Engineering teams during project execution.
- Review vendor documents and provide technical clarifications during procurement and fabrication.
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance testing activities when required.

- OSHA Process Safety Management requirements
Working knowledge of Industry Standards:

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas, Heavy Engineering, Process Equipment Manufacturing, EPC, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Energy industry.
