We started our company to help others launch and run their own businesses, at any stage. The way we help is by keeping it simple and supporting entrepreneurs one step at a time. Put simply: our mission is to enable anyone to start, run, and grow their business while avoiding the common pitfalls that derail hopeful entrepreneurs. No more having to wade through forms, taxes, or ongoing state compliance.
We are a remote company based in Austin, Texas. We have team members from Florida to Oregon and all points in-between. Take pride in your work knowing that it shapes how people all across the country reach their goal of starting, running, and growing their business.
If the idea of helping people and working with a genuinely caring, supportive team excites you, then you’ve come to the right place.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to help scale how Product works across teams. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, product execution, and enablement—owning the systems, rituals, and tooling that turn company priorities into focused, well-resourced product work.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Design leaders to reduce friction, improve clarity, and ensure our highest-priority initiatives have the structure and support to succeed.
This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact individual contributor role with broad visibility and influence.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Assess and evolve our product roadmapping & prototyping tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma Make, etc) to improve clarity, flow, and automation practices.
- Identify and pilot AI-enabled opportunities to simplify those workflows, automate manual overhead, simplify Scrum ceremonies and improve decision-making.
- Establish lightweight, scalable product processes that teams actually want to use to streamline development.
- Clarify and manage Product Lifecycle milestones with teams.
- Create documentation and training sessions that upskill teams on new tools, processes, and AI-powered workflows.
- Act as a force multiplier by ensuring Product teams can self-serve on common processes and tools.
- Be a thought partner to the VP of Product in assessing processes in place and areas for improvement.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure prioritized initiatives have clear ownership and realistic cross-team resourcing.
- Support capacity planning, tradeoff conversations, and dependency visibility across teams.
- Facilitate project intake processes and scope management to ensure clarity before work begins.
- Drive prioritization workflows and maintain visibility across Enterprise, Velo, Direct Customer Acquisition, GWOC, and WC Ops Platform teams.
- Help reinforce, iterate, and improve our shared operating model for how product work is prioritized, staffed, and delivered.
- Act as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams to surface dependencies, blockers, and resourcing constraints early.
- In collaboration with the Product Operations team, design and facilitate product brainstorming and planning sessions aligned to company priorities and goals.
- Translate high-level strategy and goals into structured inputs that help teams generate strong product bets.
- Create repeatable forums and artifacts that drive alignment, momentum, and clarity.
- Identify friction points, gaps, or inconsistencies in how product work gets done to bring about resolutions.
- Bring structure to ambiguity without adding unnecessary process.
- Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership on how to scale the organization effectively.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of certain top-priority projects.
- 7+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or a similar product-adjacent role.
- Deep familiarity with modern product teams, tools, and delivery models.
- Strong facilitation skills—comfortable leading discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Systems thinker who can balance strategy with execution.
- Practical experience improving processes and making adjustments (not just documenting them).
- Curiosity and pragmatism around AI and automation in internal workflows. Bonus: demonstrated experience piloting or implementing AI tools in product workflows
This role helps ensure that:
- Product teams spend more time building and less time untangling the process
- Company priorities translate into focused, well-resourced product work that takes a test our way in approach.
- Product leadership has leverage, visibility, and alignment as the organization scales
