Administrative support / Data entry - Summer period

• Order processing (SAP and SALESFORCE + Excel)

• Creating the OBD's (picking list for the warehouse - Outbound delivery)

• Rechecking if the orders are being completed/invoiced

• Keep track of the back orders and to take action when the parts are available in stock (creating OBD's)

• Answering the telephone to colleagues and dealers
