The Employee Experience Intern will support the People and Culture team in creating a welcoming, connected, and engaging environment across Zeta. This role will assist with office experience, inclusion programming, Zeta Hubs, company events, and day to day employee experience operations. This is a hands on role that offers exposure to cross functional partners, global initiatives, and the inner workings of a fast paced culture team. This role could potentially extend into a full-time role after the summer on our Employee Experience team.
- Real-world, hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry (85% of work in internship role and 15% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)
- Hybrid in our New York City office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office)
- June 2nd through August 7th
- $23.00/hour
- Full-time - 40 hours per week
- Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office
- Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta Global
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the People & Culture team in fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging employee experience across the organization.
- →Assist in planning and executing company events, inclusion programming, and Employee Experience initiatives, including Zeta Hubs and office-based activations.
- →Help coordinate office experience operations, including vendor communication, event logistics, space readiness, and on-site support.
- →Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure smooth delivery of People & Culture initiatives
Requirements
~1 min read- Current undergraduate or graduate student preferred (Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
- Interest in employee engagement, company culture, inclusion programming, or People Operations.
- Prior internship, campus leadership, event planning, hospitality, or related experience is a plus.
