MDM - L2 Administrator

Mobile device / data management (MDM) involves creating a single master record for each person, place, or thing in a business, from across internal and external data sources and applications. This information has been de-duplicated, reconciled and enriched, becoming a consistent, reliable source.

• →8+ years of overall technical experience and 5+ years' relevant experience in MDM (Intune / JAMF / ABM)
• →Hands on Experience in Intune, JAMF, ABM & other MDM tools / Platform
• →Deploy, configure, and maintain the MDM tools / solution.
• →Intune / JAMF Pro-Administrator: Intune, Jamf Pro Suite tools, Application Packaging, and deployment
• →Composer, image deployment using JAMF, creating policies for managing Mac via JAMF, Patch Management, Compliance Management, and Apple Business Manager.
• →Monitor the performance and health checks of all the clients' devices (Windows / Mac / Android / iOS) in the MDM Tool.
• →Implement patches, updates, and upgrades to keep all the devices enabled.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the MDM platform.
• →Good scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Bash)
• →Enrolls and manage mobile devices across the organization.
• →Implement policies and profiles for device configurations and security settings.
• →Manage mobile application lifecycles, including distribution, updates, and licenses.
• →Ensure compliance with organizational security and data protection policies.
• →Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• →Assist with device onboarding and device enrolment processes.
• →Monitor and enforce compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• →Conduct periodic audits and assessments of the MDM platform.
• →Strong knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android, Windows), device management protocols (MDM, MDE & MAM), and security best practices.
• →Familiarity with network infrastructure, security protocols, and authentication mechanisms.
• →Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• →Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• →Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
