GTM Integration Engineer II

• →Provide hands-on guidance and support to clients during the implementation of ZoomInfo's products within their internal systems.
• →Maintain a clear understanding of application integrations within CRM/MAT environments, particularly for Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics, and the ZoomInfo platform.
• →Engage in clear dialogue with clients to customize the ZoomInfo integration implementation, ensuring the solution aligns with client business needs.
• →Assist in troubleshooting and resolving more complex integration issues.
• →Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
• →Document and review integration processes and client requirements.

• 3-5 years of experience in Technical CRM, Marketing Automation implementation, or Sales Acceleration platform.
• Certification and/or familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and/or Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus.
• Advanced understanding of ZoomInfo RevOS Platforms.
• Working knowledge of at least 3-5 platforms/products that integrate with ZoomInfo, with advanced knowledge of at least 1-3 of these platforms/products.

• Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
• Requires some coaching and leverages internal networks to resolve most issues. Has an understanding of what issues need to be escalated but may require assistance in doing so.

• Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Builds productive internal and external working relationships and completes technical implementation of ZoomInfo products.

• Developing professional expertise and applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

• Open to giving/receiving feedback from peers.
