Responsibilities

→Architecting and developing end-to-end features across a high-scale data platform and customizable ETL and data operations infrastructure - from data ingestion and transformation pipelines to the UI surfaces that expose them
→Building high-quality, scalable backend services within a microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot, and modern, intuitive user interfaces using React & TypeScript
→Leading and designing solutions from scratch to production; creating technical designs, participating in architectural reviews and taking ownership of the development process through deployment and monitoring of performance and cost in production
→Collaborating closely with other team members - product managers, engineers and UX designers to translate complex requirements into clean, well-scoped technical solutions
→Continuously evaluating emerging technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices to drive meaningful improvements to our data platform and development workflows

Requirements

Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
Experience developing and shipping complex SaaS solutions in production environments with enterprise customers
3+ years of hand-on Fullstack experience using React and Java/Spring Boot (or equivalent backend language and framework) while collaborating with product managers and UX/UI designers
Experience with microservice architecture - Docker, Kubernetes and cloud environments
Proven ability to lead end-to-end tasks autonomously while demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience designing and building fullstack interfaces or backend pipelines that integrate GenAI capabilities, large language model (LLM) workflows, or AI-driven security analytics tools
Hands-on experience building and maintaining data-intensive systems, using SQL databases or data warehouses
Proficiency in high scale, multi-tenant cloud architecture (queues, locks, scheduling, workload distribution, ETL workflows) and holding a B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field
