Editorial policy
Job listings: the employer's words, our labelled facts
- The job title, description and application link are copied unchanged from the employer's own career site. We do not rewrite, summarise or embellish the employer's text.
- Everything we add is ours and labelled as such: the normalized salary range and pay period, “who can apply” (where applicants may live), how long the job has been open or reposted, similar jobs, and the Trust Level.
- Dates are real: “posted” is the date the employer published the job (or, when they do not say, the day we first saw it). We never refresh a date to make a listing look newer.
- When a job disappears from the employer's site, its page is taken down after our re-checks confirm it is gone (usually within two to three days).
- Employers can pay to feature a listing. Payment changes where a listing appears, never what it says, and featured listings always carry a “Featured” badge.
Trust Level
The Trust Level estimates how likely a posting is to be a real, open vacancy. It is computed from signals such as how fresh the posting is, whether it states pay and work model, how complete the description is, the employer's reputation and the source it comes from. It is an estimate to help you prioritise, not a statement about the employer.

Corrections and reports
If something on a job page is wrong, use the Report option on that page. For anything else — corrections to a guide, a listing that should not be on Jobera, or a question about this policy — email contact@jobera.com. We correct verified errors.
