夥伴營運部門是推動運能的核心，致力於提升司機端產能，讓每一次配送更順暢，進而提升公司整體營運效能。我們相信，成功的關鍵在於強大而緊密的夥伴關係，而您正是我們成功的推動者！ 透過電話主動聯繫來自線上渠道的潛在司機夥伴，管理每日外撥聯繫名單並進行跟進。 引導司機夥伴完成平台註冊開通流程，包含申請流程說明、文件確認與最終帳號啟用。 清楚說明平台合作模式、獎勵制度，提升潛在司機夥伴加入平台的意願。 追蹤並更新潛在司機名單狀態，確保系統資料完整並維持良好的名單管理。 在溝通過程中蒐集司機夥伴的需求與回饋，協助團隊優化招募與註冊開通流程。 目標導向：對達成轉換率與營運指標具有高度動力，能持續追蹤並完成每日
