Field Technician (Team lead Trainee)

• →Lead by example and support team members in the field
• →Assist with packing, inventory, and contents moving 
• →Coordinate daily project activities and crew assignments
• →Ensure company quality standards are met
• →Train and coach technicians on procedures and best practices
• →Communicate project updates to management
• →Help maintain equipment, supplies, and company vehicles
• →Resolve job-site issues and support customer satisfaction
• →Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork

• Previous leadership, supervisory, crew lead, or team coordination experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Experience in restoration, construction, moving, warehousing, logistics, or related industries
• Experience driving box trucks
• Experience training or mentoring others
• Customer service experience
• IICRC certifications are a plus

• Projects remain organized and on schedule
• Team members understand expectations and company standards
• Customers receive excellent service and communication
• Safety procedures are consistently followed
• Work is completed efficiently and with high quality
• Team morale and accountability are strengthened

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and industry knowledge.
