What you'll do
- Run residential and commercial service calls: repairs, fixture installs, drain cleaning, water heaters, slab leaks, excavation
- Perform backflow testing and repair if certified
- Diagnose the problem, give the customer honest options, and do it right the first time
- Build estimates and invoices in ServiceTitan, keep your van stocked and clean
- Take your turn on the on-call rotation and respond fast when it's your week
What we need
- Active Louisiana journeyman plumber license (required)
- 3+ years of service plumbing experience
- Backflow certification a big plus (that's the $1,500 bonus)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Good with customers, shows up on time, takes pride in the work
