Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into software products
Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML frameworks, tools, and methodologies
Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training and inference
Monitor, optimize, and fine-tune deployed models for performance and accuracy
Develop APIs and microservices to expose AI functionality to internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to technical documentation and best practices for AI development

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related software engineering role
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI is a strong plus
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
