Are you an experienced machine learning engineer who instinctively spots gaps in AI reasoning and understands the complex realities of ML practice? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your main job or consulting projects? Join us in shaping how AI understands and applies machine learning expertise at scale.
About the Role
~1 min readReview and refine AI-generated outputs related to machine learning, model development, implementation, and practical aspects of engineering work
Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
Draft realistic ML scenarios based on your direct professional experience
Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. engineer, product manager, client, or stakeholder)
Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated engineering content
In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true ML engineering reasoning, authentic documentation, and practical procedures. Rather than conducting traditional engineering projects, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about the machine learning process at scale.
A senior-level machine learning engineer with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing machine learning projects and model deployments
Skilled at evaluating algorithms, implementation, and compliance with specifications
Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
