• Review and improve AI-generated content related to operations strategy, process optimization, change management, and organizational effectiveness.

• Evaluate AI outputs for realistic operational reasoning, practical relevance, and best practices alignment.

• Develop real-world operational scenarios and case studies from your professional experience.

• Create scenario variations from different operational perspectives (e.g., VP Operations, department head, stakeholder).

• Identify and address incomplete reasoning or gaps in AI-generated operational content.

• A senior-level operations executive (VP, COO, or department lead) with substantial experience in the EU or UK

• Highly familiar with leading large operations, optimizing processes, and driving organizational performance

• Skilled in assessing operational health, team dynamics, and execution efficacy

• Comfortable working independently and offering constructive feedback

• Available 8–20 hours per week with consistent communication
