Responsibilities

→M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or 5 + years hands‑on experience in 48V-xV data center power supply designs.
→Strong background in power electronics and power conversion architectures.
→Proficiency with system modeling using LTspice, Simplis, PLECS and hardware design tools like Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro.
→Experienced with power analyzers, high‑bandwidth oscilloscopes, thermal imaging cameras, Bode analyzers, power supplies, e-loads and ancillary equipment
→Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
→Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Written and verbal communication skills in English/Mandarin; ability to produce clear bilingual (English/Mandarin) technical documents and to present to global customers, internal stakeholders, and at international conferences.

Requirements

Experience with multiphase buck, switched-capacitor converters and LLC.
Knowledge of 48V power distribution architectures for data‑centers (rack‑level PDUs, intra‑rack DC‑DC, UPS‑to‑DC interfaces).
Familiarity with AI server, GPU, telecom, or data center power architectures.
Experience with GaN devices, Si power MOSFETs, and advanced packaging technologies.
Experience working directly with hyperscale customers on customer design debug, system bring-up, and issue resolution.
Track record of strong ownership, collaboration, and execution.
Publication, patent, or conference paper on GaN based power converter design.
