→Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
→Strong experience in analog and power design, at least 5 years of experience
→Strong knowledge of DC/DC conversion, switching regulators, and buck converter applications
→Experience debugging hardware in lab environments and interpreting switching waveforms, efficiency data, thermal results, and stability behavior
→Ability to work directly with customer engineering teams on complex technical issues
→Willingness and ability to provide heavy on-site support at customer locations as business needs require
→Strong communication (English and Mandarin), collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications:
→Experience supporting Data Center or enterprise power applications
→Familiarity with server or infrastructure power architectures, intermediate bus conversion, point-of-load regulation, power distribution challenges, and PMBus/AVSBus protocols.
→Strong understanding of loop stability, transient performance, EMI/EMC, thermal optimization, Jitter, Ripple/Noise and PCB layout for switching power supplies
→Experience in semiconductor applications engineering, systems engineering, or customer-facing field support
→Ability to influence cross-functional teams using customer and application insight
→Proficiency in simulation & software tools including SIMPLIS, Power SI, Flotherm, OrCAD, Allegro, Mathcad and FPGA tools
