Applications Engineer - Switching Regulator

• →Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• →Strong experience in analog and power design, at least 5 years of experience
• →Strong knowledge of DC/DC conversion, switching regulators, and buck converter applications
• →Experience debugging hardware in lab environments and interpreting switching waveforms, efficiency data, thermal results, and stability behavior
• →Ability to work directly with customer engineering teams on complex technical issues
• →Willingness and ability to provide heavy on-site support at customer locations as business needs require
• →Strong communication (English and Mandarin), collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  Preferred qualifications:
• →Experience supporting Data Center or enterprise power applications
• →Familiarity with server or infrastructure power architectures, intermediate bus conversion, point-of-load regulation, power distribution challenges, and PMBus/AVSBus protocols.
• →Strong understanding of loop stability, transient performance, EMI/EMC, thermal optimization, Jitter, Ripple/Noise and PCB layout for switching power supplies
• →Experience in semiconductor applications engineering, systems engineering, or customer-facing field support
• →Ability to influence cross-functional teams using customer and application insight
• →Proficiency in simulation & software tools including SIMPLIS, Power SI, Flotherm, OrCAD, Allegro, Mathcad and FPGA tools
