DM5W EPI-HWA EE Technician Supervisor

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Equipment Technician Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of production equipment and supervise equipment and/or process technicians in the Silicon/GaN EPI and HWA group. Which includes maintaining production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. You will oversee technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment. As well as establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures. You will manage training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures. You will also maintain inventory and/or spare parts. Along with scheduling manufacturing activities. You will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. In addition, you will generally supervise skilled non-exempt employees (e.g., Technicians).

• High School diploma/GED
• One of the following:
  –Associates degree in technical field
  –2 years of experience working in Engineering, Technician or Maintenance Specialist capacity in fab environment
• 2 years of relevant experience
