Responsibilities

→Utilize technical knowledge of semiconductor device physics to enable process and parametric improvements
→Drive process and device improvements through characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis and simulation
→Ownership of technology parametric performance
→Parametric Cpk improvements
→Parametric test dispositions including root cause determination for scrap or outliers, definition and evaluations of experiments to improve processes
→Product flow creation/review
→Cross functional team leadership to support the transfer, development, qualification, and manufacturing of analog and embedded technologies.
→Work with multiple processes, integration, reliability and test engineers to achieve goals
→Work closely with the product groups to identify and optimize the process performance to meet critical final device parameters

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Physics or related
3 + years of related experience as an Engineer in the Semiconductor industry as a Product or Process Engineer
Functional understanding of Fab Unit Processing as it applies to EOL device performance

Knowledge of semiconductor solid state physics (devices and materials)
Proficiency with Data Analysis
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
