→Perform technical tests and experiments for engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturers
→Monitor, audit and provide guidance to line operators once the product is on the line
→Test new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel

High School diploma/GED
18 years of age or older
One of the following:

‒4 years of semiconductor experience as Process Technician OR

‒8 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience
Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule
Flexible to work day or night shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays

Experience as Process Technician in Thinfilm
Ability to identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly and efficiently to improve overall fab performance
Ability to learn and understand process flow quickly, and support the engineering organization as needed
Outstanding organizational, teaming, and troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly ramp on new tools and processes
Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills
