Responsibilities

→Assembly Engineering: Support growth of Module packages, responsible for the maintenance, stability, and performance of Assembly equipment
→Test Engineering: Responsible for the maintenance, stability, and performance of final test equipment such as Turret, Gravity handlers, testers and High-Reliability (Hi-Rel) specialized tools.
→Work on a long-term improvement project
→Yield improvement
→Establish programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process
→Provide technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations
→Collaborate on New Product Introduction (NPI) launches to ensure a seamless transition and robust support for new equipment during the product lifecycle

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, other related engineering degree
CGPA 3.3/4.0, or higher
Fresh graduate or less than 2 years relevance working experiences

Proficiency in electrical/system related
Experience with Gravity handlers, testers, or Hi-Reliability equipment (PIND, centrifuge, Laser Mark, leak testers) is added advantage
Understanding of tool monitoring and interdiction software, and equipment maintenance and documentation
Experience in ATE and semiconductor manufacturing background is highly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
