ESH Specialist

• →Support implementation and continuous improvement of environmental, safety, and health programs
• →Help ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, standards, and company requirements
• →Conduct workplace inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations
• →Support incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up
• →Partner with site leaders, employees, and cross-functional teams to address ESH risks and improve performance
• →Assist with emergency preparedness activities, training, and response planning
• →Monitor ESH metrics, track action items, and help prepare reports or presentations for leadership review
• →Support safety reviews for new processes, equipment, installations, or operational changes
• →Promote a strong safety culture through communication, coaching, and day-to-day partnership with the organization

• →Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• →At least five years of experience in environmental, health, and safety roles within manufacturing, industrial, or similarly regulated environments
• →Strong knowledge of environmental and occupational safety regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices
• →Experience conducting inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations
• →Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring EHS programs, procedures, and corrective actions
• →Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and drive practical solutions
• →Strong written and verbal communication skills
• →Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence action across different levels of the organization
• →Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• →Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or other high-technology manufacturing environments
• Experience supporting regulatory permitting and certifications
• Experience with emergency response planning, contractor safety, and safety reviews for new equipment or installations
• Familiarity with ISO-based management systems, compliance tracking tools, or EHS data systems
• Professional certifications related to safety, environmental management, or industrial hygiene
