MES Deployment & ITS Integration Manager

We are looking for an MES Deployment & ITS Integration Manager to lead the end-to-end MES deployment and overall ITS readiness for a new greenfield semiconductor Assembly & Test site. This role will be the primary face of ITS to site leadership, coordinating MES, enterprise integrations, factory automation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational support to enable production startup and a stable ramp.
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams across site manufacturing, central platform teams, enterprise IT, infrastructure, and implementation partners to ensure flawless MES cutover, integrated system readiness, and a stable production startup.

• →Lead the greenfield MES deployment from requirements and solution design through testing, cutover, production startup, ramp, and stabilization
• →Serve as the single accountable ITS interface across site manufacturing, central platform teams, enterprise IT, infrastructure, and implementation partners
• →Drive integrated readiness across MES, ERP/SAP, PAC and equipment integration, planning, quality, data platforms, identity, and cybersecurity
• →Ensure infrastructure readiness, including hosting, network, environments, capacity, availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, and performance
• →Own the integrated program plan, resources, dependencies, risks, budget, vendors, and executive-level status reporting
• →Establish the post-deployment operating model, support ownership, knowledge transfer, and escalation processes
   

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Automation Engineering or related field of study
• Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing IT experience including significant program or deployment leadership responsibility
• Proven experience leading an end-to-end MES deployment in semiconductor Assembly & Test; greenfield site deployment experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, WIP control, traceability, equipment integration, automation, and factory systems
• Broad understanding of enterprise integration, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and manufacturing IT architecture

• Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, vendor management, and executive communication skills

   

• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) implementation for semiconductor Assembly & Test (OSAT or IDM) 
• Enterprise IT / Manufacturing IT program leadership
• Experience deploying Siemens Ops Center Execution Semiconductor
• Greenfield site deployment or large-scale factory systems cutover
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
