The Senior Brand Manager will lead brand growth by helping to develop the brand vision and direction, shaping consumer engagement strategies, building product innovation roadmaps and go to market strategies.

~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management with proven success driving complex projects forward.
- Experience building collaborative partnerships across all levels of leadership and cross-functional partners to get things done in a complex system, with powerful sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, balanced with an ability to prioritize issues and propose solutions to new and complex situations.
- Understanding the concepts of full product development and innovation philosophy and able to keep the consumer first mindset in developing brand strategies.
- Experience with IRI, Nielsen and Syndicated Retailer Data ideal.
- Effective communication skills and comfortable with PPT.
Salary for the Sr. Brand Manager starts at $170,000.
