About the Role:
As a Server at 1830 Chophouse, you’ll be more than just a menu guide—you’ll be a trusted host, a storyteller, and the face of our restaurant. You’ll guide guests through their meal with poise, professionalism, and genuine warmth, making sure every visit feels like a special occasion.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests
Offer thoughtful menu and beverage recommendations
Take and enter orders with precision and efficiency
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and support staff
Maintain a polished, clean, and organized section
Proactively assist teammates to ensure smooth operations
Process payments accurately and handle guest concerns with care

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of restaurant server experience (fine dining strongly preferred)
Comfortable discussing wine, cocktails, and upscale menu items
High attention to detail and a passion for great service
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
