Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager, LATAM is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing programs that support ACI Worldwide's growth objectives across Latin America. Based in Bogotá, Colombia, this role serves as the primary marketing partner to the regional sales organization, translating business priorities into end-to-end marketing programs that drive awareness, demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.

This position works closely with sales leadership, product, corporate marketing, and external partners to execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, field marketing initiatives, customer events, and lead management processes. Success in this role is measured by the ability to generate qualified pipeline, accelerate lead conversion, increase brand visibility, and deliver measurable marketing impact across target markets and segments.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with LATAM sales leaders and account teams to develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with revenue objectives.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns designed to generate new opportunities and accelerate existing pipeline.

  • Develop comprehensive marketing programs that move prospects through the buyer journey, from awareness through qualification and sales engagement.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to track, manage, and optimize marketing-generated leads and campaign performance.

  • Support local market initiatives and field marketing activities, including customer events, executive roundtables, conferences, webinars, and industry sponsorships.

  • Manage campaign execution across digital, email, content, social media, partner, and event channels.

  • Leverage AI-powered marketing, analytics, and productivity tools to improve campaign effectiveness, accelerate content and program execution, enhance personalization, optimize lead generation performance, and drive measurable business outcomes while complying with ACI data privacy, security, and governance standards.

  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding campaign performance, pipeline contribution, project status, and key business outcomes.

  • Partner with global and regional marketing teams to adapt programs and messaging for local market requirements.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, event partners, and marketing service providers as required.

  • Track marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources against agreed business objectives.

  • Increase brand awareness and market visibility for ACI Worldwide across key LATAM customer segments.

  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking, reporting, and attribution within marketing and CRM platforms.

  • Understand and adhere to all Corporate Policies, including but not limited to the ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security requirements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and developing marketing programs aligned to revenue objectives.

  • Experience executing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and multi-channel demand generation programs.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience planning and executing customer-facing events and field marketing initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve marketing productivity, campaign performance, audience targeting, content development, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)

  • Experience marketing to financial institutions, payments, banking, fintech, or enterprise software organizations.

  • Experience supporting regional sales teams across Latin America.

  • Working knowledge of Account-Based Marketing methodologies and best practices.

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Demandbase.

  • Experience managing agency relationships and third-party vendors.

  • Familiarity with marketing attribution, pipeline reporting, and demand generation metrics.

 

Licenses and Certifications

  • Professional marketing certifications are a plus (HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Analytics, or equivalent)

 

Work Environment: 

  • Standard office work environment.

  • Majority of time is spent working on a computer.

Physical demands:

  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of two (2) days per week in the Bogotá office.

  • Collaboration with regional and global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Up to 20% of travel is required within Latin America and occasionally internationally.
