Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior IT Engineer to join our IT Engineering — Device Infrastructure Services team. This role goes beyond technical execution, it requires a strong engineer with excellent project management skills, capable of guiding complex device infrastructure initiatives from concept to delivery. They’ll be responsible for driving endpoint management best practices, leading change management processes, and ensuring a seamless, thoughtful end-user experience in a fast-paced SaaS security environment.

The ideal candidate is not only technically skilled in cloud-hosted endpoint management but also a strategic communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams, engage stakeholders at all levels, and advocate for scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise device solutions. They bring a strong user experience focus to everything they ship — from rollout design to end-user communication.

This role reports to the Team Lead, IT Engineering.

Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

  • 5+ years of technical work experience in an IT role, with 2+ years in an IT engineering or systems administrator role focused on cloud-first endpoint management

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and CI/CD workflows applied to device management In an enterprise fleet at scale (500+ endpoints), meeting security benchmarks such as third-party patch compliance goals.

  • Demonstrated senior level experience with Apple MDM platforms e.g Iru

  • Hands-on experience designing and shipping automation with agentic or LLM-based components in an IT or device management context — and the judgment to know when existing tooling is the better answer.

  • Professional-level scripting abilities in Bash, as well as other shell scripts for endpoint automation and fleet operations

  • Hands-on experience implementing device trust principles including phishing-resistant authentication, conditional access, and endpoint compliance policies at scale
