POSITION SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to one or more individuals in the Loan Services department
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Performs a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth and efficient daily operations of the division/department.
  • Prepares and images loan/lease files for various SFG Operations departments.
  • Indexes imaged documents and ensures accuracy of customer information and imaged/indexed documents.
  • Prepares scanned documents for retention in accordance with Bank's retention policy.
  • Files applicable TBP departmental legal documents properly in the file room.
  • Updates Imaging reporting logs in Excel for productivity measurement.
  • Follows up on expiring insurance and maintenance reporting, ensure coverage is in accordance to policy and all certificates are current and in place.
  • Logs current/renewed certificates and submit for Imaging.
  • Serves as back-up to the switchboard phone and reception desk.
  • Performs after funding duties (e.g., file preparation, sending customer document copies, filing customer documents).
  • Maintains appropriate files and records and distributes materials to department personnel, customers and others as necessary.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
  • Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
  • Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.
 
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
  • One (1) or more years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Good PC skills--proficiency in Word and Excel essential.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma/GED required. 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
