• →Lead by example.
• →Responsible for maintaining a high degree of hospitality, as well as a positive and professional demeanor at all times. 
• →Creates high levels of morale, fosters teamwork, inspires collaboration, and provides suggestions for growth to management.
• →Check in with Pit Manager ready to work at assigned start time
• →Responsible for correct payouts, transactions and collection
• →Begin dealer rotation in complete uniform and maintain good personal hygiene.
• →Enter box, give and receive any information about games with outgoing dealer.
• →Run the game at an efficient pace.
• →Call Floor Person for any problems or decisions.
• →Follow card club policies regarding conduct and playing on shift.
• →Cooperate with all floor personnel.
• →Provide a friendly, congenial, harmonious atmosphere for customers to enjoy themselves.
• →Assist in suiting cards when necessary.
• →Do whatever is necessary to maintain the appearance of the card club.
• →Other duties as assigned.

• One year minimum dealing experience in legal card room and/or certified training from accredited school.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, trustworthy, pleasant personality, able to handle pressure and difficult situations.

• Previous multi game experience
