We provide integrated oncology services across medical, surgical, radiation, nutrition, and supportive care, ensuring a seamless treatment journey for patients and their families.
We are seeking a compassionate and clinically driven Medical Oncologist to join our growing oncology team. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing cancer patients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based and patient-centric care.
The role offers an opportunity to work in an integrated oncology environment focused on clinical excellence, innovation, patient experience, and long-term outcomes.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with various malignancies.
- →Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and patient requirements.
- →Administer and monitor chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care treatments.
- →Conduct patient consultations and explain diagnosis, prognosis, treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes.
- →Coordinate care with surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, nutritionists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- →Monitor treatment response and modify treatment plans as required.
- →Manage treatment-related toxicities and complications.
- →Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- →Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical discussions.
- →Support patient education initiatives and survivorship programs.
- →Contribute to clinical research, audits, quality improvement projects, and protocol development.
- →Mentor junior doctors, fellows, and clinical staff as required.
Requirements
~1 min read- MBBS from a recognized institution.
- DNB Medical Oncology / DM Medical Oncology OR
- Candidates currently pursuing or having completed a Fellowship in Medical Oncology after MBBS may also apply.
- Valid medical registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or relevant State Medical Council.
- Experience in chemotherapy administration and oncology patient management.
- Exposure to clinical research, tumor boards, and oncology protocols.
- Interest in survivorship care, supportive oncology, and integrative cancer care.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong clinical knowledge of oncology diagnosis and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care model.
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care.
- Ability to manage complex oncology cases in a fast-paced clinical environment.
