Elevate Now is a doctor-led clinical weight loss platform in India. It diagnoses the underlying drivers of weight gain, such as insulin resistance, inflammation and hormonal imbalances, and delivers personalised treatment under medical supervision through a fully online, subscription-based model. Every member is paired with a physician trained in obesity medicine and a dedicated health coach, supported by blood diagnostics and continuous glucose monitoring.
The company has onboarded over 30,000 paying members and is backed by Physis Capital, W Health Ventures, Narayana Health and other early-stage investors.
A member’s journey depends on physical things reaching them on time and in the right condition: medicines, diagnostic kits and sample collection, and devices. As Product Manager for Logistics & Fulfillment, you will own the product layer behind all of it, from the moment an order is created to the moment it is delivered, collected or returned.
Success looks like faster and more reliable delivery, a lower cost per order, fewer fulfillment related support contacts, and ops teams who can run a growing order volume without adding headcount at the same rate.
